9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Italian law, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of your product, without having to provide any reasons. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit statement, e.g. an e-mail sent to our customer service department.

10. Conditions for Withdrawal

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the following conditions:

It must be returned within 14 days of notification of your withdrawal.
The product must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
The product must not have been damaged due to improper use.
All return shipping costs shall be borne by the purchaser.

11. Processing of Returns and Refunds

Once we have received the returned product and verified that it meets the above conditions, we will proceed with a refund of the amount paid, including standard shipping costs. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Any additional shipping costs for special shipments will not be refunded.
