Description
Flour is obtained from the residues of pressing hemp seeds to extract the oil using a very gentle grinding process. Rich in protein and fiber, partially deoiled. Hemp flour is particularly suitable for cooking and gives dishes such as cookies, cakes, pancakes or bread a pleasant nutty taste. It can be used in recipes as a substitute for conventional flours at a level of 10 to 15 percent. Ideal as an alternative source of protein.
Allergens: may contain traces of gluten.
